This eliminates the need for a buffer system, which means the DISSENT can be used with a folding or collapsible stock. This particular model comes with a Picatinny rail end cap to allow the user to attach their choice of stock or brace. With the DISSENT's compact action and recoil system comes a forward mounted non-reciprocating side charging handle which can be switched to the left or right side. An adjustable gas block allows the user to fine tune their DISSENT for use with different ammunition types or optimize the gun to be used with a suppressor.
